Shipment and Delivery

Delivery takes place as soon as the product is ready. You can expect delivery of the package within 10-14 working days. In certain periods, around holidays, deliveries can take longer than this. In the event that delivery is delayed due to circumstances for which TheHiddenName.com is not responsible (including delay or defective delivery on the part of suppliers, delay on the part of the customer and lack of cooperation on the part of the customer), the delay shall not constitute a remedy for the customer for non-compliance with the obligations, nor does the delay constitute a reason to terminate the purchase agreement on the part of the customer.

TheHiddenName.com cannot be held liable in the event that delivery is delayed or hindered due to external forces. Should an event for which TheHiddenName.com bears no responsibility result in TheHiddenName.com’s fulfillment of delivery obligations becoming more expensive, TheHiddenName.com shall not be obligated to execute such obligations. TheHiddenName.com cannot be held liable for postal and freight providers’ delayed delivery or loss of a parcel. In no event, can the customer claim a delay for products that have already been delivered.

We ship from Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to your shipping destination to ensure speedy fulfillment and delivery.

Shipping times will vary. To find out the estimated shipping time, add a product to the cart and enter your shipping info. Though, no rights can be derived from these estimates. International orders can sometimes take up to 28 days due to customs. Unfortunately we have no control over this. Delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed. TheHiddenName.com disclaims any liability or responsibility, and customer shall hold TheHiddenName.com harmless, for the late or non-delivery of the order. The customer has no right to delay or defer delivery or acceptance. Please note that your country may charge import duties, taxes and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery.

If a package has not been delivered 28 days after it has been shipped, please contact us within 60 days after purchase via the support page, so we can find an appropriate solution.

Price and Payment

All prices shown at TheHiddenName.com are inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of freight costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment shall take place on order completion, using the accepted payment methods listed on the website.

Security

We use various payment providers. These make encryptions of all your bank details via the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your card number or other information provided during the transaction cannot be read by unauthorized persons. The information provided on TheHiddenName.com is only kept to be able to serve you as a customer and to deliver your product.

As part of our service we will send you an order confirmation. In addition, we can possibly email you later with products that you may also be interested in. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.

Purpose and scope

These terms and conditions state the further terms and conditions for the delivery of the products and services of TheHiddenName.com. The terms and conditions must be accepted with every purchase. TheHiddenName.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, which change also applies to orders already placed.

Ownership Reservation

The customer shall not acquire ownership of physical copies of a product before TheHiddenName.com has received payment in full. All goods from TheHiddenName.com shall remain the property of the latter until full payment is received. Following the transfer of ownership to the customer, TheHiddenName.com reserves the right to use the work produced as a reference in its own marketing.

Right of Return / Cancelation

Since all the books are unique and personally produced, we unfortunately cannot accept returned products. Therefore, it is important to check all the information you enter when ordering. After an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the order. The order cannot be canceled after this point as it is produced specifically for you and contains personalized details that are tailored to your order.

In cases of delayed delivery or non-delivery, there is no entitlement to a refund. TheHiddenName.com reserves the right to send a new copy of the order or provide a suitable solution as necessary.

Complaints and defects

TheHiddenName.com is not liable for errors that have not been corrected by the customer before the order was executed. If it appears that the delivery has defects, the customer must complain about this within 60 days by contacting directly via the support page. TheHiddenName.com is entitled to try to repair a defect insofar as this can be done within a reasonable period of time and insofar as it appears that TheHiddenName.com can be held liable for the error.

Physical books are excluded from the money-back warranty for these are personalized products and are thus printed to order.

All information, products and services are offered in the state in which they actually are and without any (implicit) guarantee or warranty with regard to their availability, reliability, spelling mistakes, correct use of language and grammar, text alignment, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.

Delivered products may differ from the examples as shown on the website (such as the colors, alignment or formats). These variations cannot be considered an error.

Limited liability

In the event of delay, or in case of errors in the delivered product, TheHiddenName.com shall not be liable for operating losses, loss of profit or other indirect losses, including those resulting from the customer’s legal relationships with third parties. TheHiddenName.com shall not be liable for indirect losses or direct losses, if these are the result of delays or loss of data or lost earnings.
